If the customer observes the package is damaged or tampered, he or she should refuse to accept delivery and mail customer care and we request to keep your order id handy while calling as our customer care executive may ask for it.
  • In cases, where the order delivered is in damaged condition or the contents are missing, customer must inform within 24 hours of delivery of the order and if the customer is unable to do so, then there shall be no liability of to replace the order.
